Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outer shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
